Miharo is still on a journey of fun and learning.
We learn lots of new things on the ipads. Spelling is fun. We can make our own stories on Book Creator. We can also re-read and record our books on Quickvoice by ourselves, once we have had instructional reading with the teacher.

Maths is also easy with apps such as Hungry Fish who will only gobble up the correct equations eg  3+2= 5




The Whanau evening and Opening of our new Bike Track with BMX and PUMP track was well supported. 1/2km of tracks now and yes even I have been around it (on a bike LOL).  

We have been busy with Swim safe and PMP as well as preschool visits,
another Wet and Wild fun Friday afternoon,
Safe Walking with Constable Phil and
Tuakana - teina buddy reading and learning together.
For our Inquiry focus we are doing Turangawaewae (Our Place to stand). Room 2 ( Miharo) are focusing on "what makes our place special."

We have goals and have started our own wiki pages to record our work and videos and pictures on.We all have Avatars to distinguish ourselves.
